after booking they told us to pay extra for each person i.e Guest card has to be purchased..which was not mentioned while booking the Hostel, this is really unfair..

I think too many people say negative things about this place. We had our bikes in the car and left for town. Its a peacefull area, the rooms are basic and not dirty. The breakfast is good. You get what you pay for, its a cheap place and as in all hostels you must do some things yourself. About paying with creditcards, in whole Kopenhagen they charge extra for paying with cards. Not only in the hostel. But there is a bank close to the place and you can get the money there and pay cash. For us it was a good, cheap and quiet place to stay. The people working there are helpfull and friendly.

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat because it offers conference rooms with various capacities. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a conducive environment for our meetings. The staff was helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and productive experience for our team.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or a quiet space where I could work on my laptop and make important calls without interruptions.

The beds were quite nice. The only thing that was good, actually.
This was a very expensive hostel with very bad service. The cost started at 410 DKK when we booked it, but then we had to pay extra for guest cards, sheets, towels and an extra charge to pay with our VISA card. The total cost ended at 603 DKK = 78€, without towels. We had to leave the room at 10 AM, share bath room and showers with others and clean before we left the hostel. The floor was dirty and the room smelled bad. We could have got ourself a hotel for the same price, with much better service. When we talked to the staff about our experience, they explained to us that "This is Denmark and this is how it is". Fine, we won't visit Denmark again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a cozy hostel tucked away in a nice quiet area. The hotel offered great value for money, with prices that were easy on the wallet. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even calling to check on us when we arrived late. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with good beds ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, giving us a good start to our day. One thing I really appreciated was the easy accessibility of the hotel's amenities on my mobile phone. It made everything so convenient and hassle-free.
All in all, everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast buffet was ok.
Bunk beds where making a lot of noise every time you turned during the night, woke up the other people in the room every time somebody turned themselves in bed.

This hotel is located in a nice, quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's perfect if you prefer a peaceful environment. The staff at this hotel are super nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, with good beds for a restful sleep. Plus, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast to start your day off right.
The hotel could improve on its air conditioning system.

Good location, easy to access.
Taking the minimal facilities and services into account, the price was overrated. Moreover, the room was fusty, stinking and not that clean. During our stay a larger group of scouts was accommodated in the hostel, which quickly turned the shared bathroom into a mess - disgusting toilets, toilet papers thrown around, stinking and dirty showers.

Kitchen facilities were good. Plenty of parking. The place was clean and nice looking. Rooms for kids to play and watch tv.
Way too many rules and regulations (sheets, had to have a hi card, extra fee on credit cards, etc.). Way too overpriced for what we received...however, in comparison with other places the price was good. I guess things are just a lot more expensive in Scandinavia and that has to be accepted. The hostel was not real close to the center of town and we had to drive ten minutes and park there.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways! the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were very reasonable for a city like Copenhagen. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and well-maintained. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant stay.
All in all, this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

No elevators, rooms as big as wagon lits, family rooms without bathroom, no access for trolley or wheelchairs. No services without extra money (E.G. Lockers, dishes,...)
